Greenacres Grange

Yorkshire Bank has provided a seven figure funding package for a new care service in Worksop.  

Greenacres Grange, run by Horizon Care, will offer residential, nursing and dementia care, along with a day support centre, café and aqua therapy pool.

Gail Fielding, Yorkshire Bank director of healthcare, specialist and acquisition finance, said: “We are delighted to support the development of Greenacres Grange and particularly pleased to facilitate such a great addition to the Worksop community.”

Laura Higginbottom, director of Horizon Care, added: “We are happy to have received Yorkshire Bank funding. It has supported us to undertake the development of Greenacres Grange which we know will go on to provide employment and support to the local community. ”

The care service will create 200 full and part time jobs in the Worksop area.

Horizon Care operates the Waterside Grange care services in Dinnington as well as Wood Hill complex in Sheffield. All are rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission and operate according to the Horizon ethos of ‘Our family, caring for your family…’
