Avery Healthcare Group has bolstered its board of directors with the appointment of Keith Crockett, the former UK vice-president of investments at Welltower Inc. He will take the role of director of corporate development at Avery.
Welltower is a US-based real estate investment trust (REIT). Mr Crockett was responsible for managing the performance of the trust’s portfolio of care and healthcare investments while identifying new growth opportunities through acquisitions and partnerships.
During his time at the REIT, Mr Crockett worked closely with Avery in expanding Welltower’s portfolio of Avery operated homes from 13 to 48, and was a representative on Avery’s board.
Mr Crockett will lead the Avery team responsible for identifying and managing growth opportunities though financing relationships and acquisitions. He will join the company’s Board as a member of the senior management team.
