Leading property management and compliance company, Velway, have secured a contract with vulnerable adult support and care provider, the National Care Group (NCG).
The deal, which builds on service provided since August 2019, will see Velway use their state-of-the-art integrated property management systems to record, manage, and document all levels of planned maintenance and compliance at 47 properties in England and Wales.
Robin Harris, Velway Managing Director, said: “It’s always good to develop an existing relationship with a client and see what started out as an ad-hoc, reactive service become a full national contract.
“We know that continuous maintenance and improvement of care facilities contributes to the health and well-being of residents and Velway will be working closely with Mark’s team to deliver all levels of property management across their portfolio with the consideration and sensitivity that this type of environment requires. I am excited to see the contract move forward and grow.”
NCG’s Mark Mason said: “I am very excited about this new stage in our professional relationship with Velway. The implementation of their CAFM system and the supporting process around this aligns perfectly with our goals and ambitions to provide the best quality, compliant environments for the people our services support.”
