Its homes, which are purpose-built, are kitted-out with the latest technology to support the delivery of quality care within each home, whilst offering exceptional design on the overall build, gardens, and landscaping and interior features. The group has its own in-house five-star catering within each home lead by experienced head chefs that work with residents, families and their team to deliver a dining experience that meets all needs.

The recruitment agency is currently looking to fill a new commissioning role for one of the group’s newest concept homes and find a candidate to manage one of the group’s villages.
Both appointments require a proven track record in leading large care centres, a current adult nursing qualification and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
The package on offer is a basic salary of up to £85k per annum, 25% bonus and 7% pension contributions and both roles are located across Surrey.
