Sunrise Senior Living UK and Gracewell Healthcare have launched their own digital recruitment brochures to inform potential future employees.
The brochures give information on what it is like to work at any of the pair’s 46 UK care homes, or in the support office.
They also come with video testimonials from current employees, 91% of whom say they are proud to be a part of the team.
Additional perks offered to employees include everyday discounts, wellbeing benefits, recognition programmes, nurse registration fees, and ongoing training and development.
