Skills for Care will share how they are expanding their support of nominated individuals and managers at a free event hosted by The Outstanding Society next week.
CEO Oonagh Smyth, Information Service Manager Rob Hargreaves, Project Manager Juliet Green and Lead for RM Engagement Natalie Scarimbolo will speak at the online event from 1-2.30pm on Thursday, 21 October.
Rob will discuss online resources, training and support aimed at preparing services for inspection, Juliet will look at ‘manager wellbeing’ providing an overview of resources and support available as well as future plans for supporting managers and Natalie will advise on how Skills for Care is expanding its support to include nominated individuals.
The event will be hosted by Russell Leese and Zoe Fry, Directors of The Outstanding Society Community Interest Company.
