Skills for Care has announced the finalists for its Accolades 2016/17 awards celebrating excellence among the 1.43m people who work in adult social care in England.
Thirty three finalists have been selected in nine categories by a panel of judges.
Skills for Care CEO Sharon Allen (pictured) said: “Once again we had a range of high quality entries from organisations who are working hard every day to develop the skills and knowledge of workers who deliver high quality services.
“It was yet another tough task for the judging panels but all our finalists are not only demonstrating excellence in how they develop the workforce, but also innovative ways of thinking about how they do it that can only benefit the people they serve in our communities.”
The winners will announced at the Accolades awards ceremony on Thursday 9 March 2017 in Liverpool.
