“Choosing the right care for yourself or for a relative can be challenging. Our new website aims to make this process as easy as possible, so that people can access the right information and make an informed decision about their care,” says Kristin Mewald, communications officer at the RMBI.

“The new ‘Your Care Checklist’ feature is a step-by-step guide allowing users to see where our Homes are located, what types of services we offer, how to apply for and fund your care and how to access help and advice.”

The website also features an enhanced careers section that allows prospective candidates to sign up for job alerts, submit their CV or apply directly online. A detailed media section is now available, providing the latest news, case studies and key facts about the organisation.

Staff, residents and relatives have been consulted during the development of the new website to help make sure that it is user friendly and addresses people’s different needs.

Alan Baker, a resident at RMBI care home Queen Elizabeth Court in Llandudno, said: “It has a much more attractive and concise format. It gives a clear picture of what we have on offer at our homes.”
