Mark LLoyd II

Mark Lloyd has been appointed as managing director of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution (RMBI) Care Company.

Mr Lloyd, who takes up his role on 3 October, succeeds current managing director David Innes.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Lloyd said: “I am delighted to become part of one of the leading providers of high quality care services in England and Wales and look forward to building on the strong foundations laid by my predecessor.

“I am keen to maximise the RMBI’s future potential and to strengthen its position in the UK adult social care sector by focussing on care services of the highest quality.”

Mr Lloyd has 30 years experience in the housing and social care sector. For the last three years he has been managing director of Avante Care and Support, a charity delivering home and support, and residential care services across Kent and the south east. He is also a non-executive board member of the National Care Forum.

RMBI provides homes for over 1,000 older Freemasons as well as some people in the community across England and Wales.
