Inchmarlo Retirement Village in Deeside has marked its 30th anniversary with a new housing development.
The Pinecrest development features eight, two bedroomed detached bungalows with a separate study.
Inchmarlo Retirement Village founder Professor Charles P Skene OBE said: “We are delighted to mark three decades of Inchmarlo Retirement Village with the launch of this exciting new development.
“We are very pleased with the levels of interest in the new properties so far, and we look forward to welcoming new homeowners to the Inchmarlo community.”
All properties in the latest development comprise over 1,000 square feet of living space, and include garages and private driveways.
Inchmarlo Retirement Village was established in 1986 by Professor Skene as the first continuing care retirement village in Scotland.
Residents are provided with a programme of social activities along with a call system to summon on-site assistance.
Homeowners can choose levels of additional care as required, including having meals delivered from Inchmarlo House Care Home.
