Julian Baust has been appointed as chair of Hertfordshire based Quantum Care’s Board of Non-Executive Directors.
Prior to taking early retirement in 2010, Julian was Chairman and Managing Director of Kodak Ltd. He has more than 30 years’ commercial experience of organisational transformation, redesign and performance management gained within product and service businesses. He has experience in sales, marketing, operations and general management.
“I am looking forward to joining the team at Quantum Care at what is a challenging and exciting time for the organisation,” Julian said.
In addition to his role at Quantum Care, Julian is also currently serving as Deputy-Chair at Cambridge and Peterborough NHS FT where he has been on the Board since 2013. In 2017 he joined the Board at Settle, a local Housing Association managing some 9,500 homes throughout Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Julian is also an independent committee member on the Governance and Nominations committee at Diabetes UK.
