The views and experiences of those providing and receiving care will inform a new white paper on the challenges facing the social care sector and the key solutions needed to reform the system.
Tech company NDG Artificial Intelligence is hosting a series of roundtable debates that will bring together charities, social care thought leaders, care workers and service users to have their say on the timely issues facing social care from every perspective.
Taking place next month, the aim of the online sessions is to clearly and concisely define these problems and form a white paper to influence change.
Attendees will discuss the new Health and Social Care levy and whether it will solve the crisis; how COVID-19 has affected the social care system; the cost of care; what the sector can learn from data and technology intelligence; recruitment and retention and more.
Key figures in social care will join the debate on March 30, and care workers, who will be paid for their time, will gather for a session on March 31.
NDGAI, in partnership with Golddust Marketing, will be holding separate sessions for service users across the UK to gain their stance and input in a more informal setting.

Care professionals will also have a chance to contribute to and review the white paper prior to the official launch at the Residential and Homecare Show in London on May 18.
