Prosperwell’s Tobi Alli-Usman explains why he’s supporting the Leading Women in Care Awards

'What excites me most about the event is the opportunity to witness and celebrate the remarkable stories of female leadership and achievement in social care.'

Prosperwell has been announced as a sponsor for the Leading Women in Care Awards 2026. CEO Tobi Alli-Usman explains why the company has sponsored the hotly-anticipated event:

Our decision to partner with the Leading Women in Care (LWIC) Awards stems from our passion for recognising and supporting the pivotal role women play in the care sector.

At Prosperwell, we deeply value diversity and leadership, especially the unique perspectives and contributions of female leaders who drive innovation and excellence in care services. This collaboration with LWIC Awards aligns perfectly with our ethos of promoting growth and success within the care community.

What excites me most about the event is the opportunity to witness and celebrate the remarkable stories of female leadership and achievement in social care.

The timing around International Women’s Day makes it even more special, serving as a beacon of inspiration and a celebration of the hard work, dedication, and resilience of women in our industry.

I look forward to being part of an occasion that not only honours individual successes but also highlights the importance of inclusivity and leadership diversity in shaping the future of care.
