Orchard Care Homes has been accredited as a Disability Confident employer.

The government led employer scheme is designed to help businesses develop the skills and talent disabled people bring to the workplace.

Jacqueline Rodgers, Director of People, Talent and OD at Orchard Care Homes, said: “I am delighted that Orchard Care Homes has been awarded this accreditation.
