Leading care providers Care UK and Signature Senior Lifestyle have announced they are taking over the leadership and management of all Sunrise Senior Living UK and Gracewell Healthcare care homes in the UK.
Signature will take over 18 Sunrise and 2 Gracewell homes with Care UK adding 7 Sunrise and 19 Gracewell homes to their portfolios, after Sunrise Senior Living US announced its decision to focus on North America.
The three parties are now working together closely and the transfer of the homes is anticipated to take place towards the end of the year.
