New look for growing recruitment company

Essex-based care sector recruitment consultancy, Bright Selection, has unveiled a rebrand as it celebrates six successful years in business.

The firm, which has grown 63% in five years, starts 2017 with a fresh new logo, new website and an identifiable list of values it works by to offer clients excellent customer service.

Bright Selection co-owner and director Julie Estall (pictured right with fellow director Karen Hedger) said: “The rebrand clearly reflects our philosophy to ensure we give our clients the best service possible, through understanding their needs and finding long-lasting solutions. The new website highlights these values and our team works tirelessly to do things the right way.”

Julie continued: “Karen Hedger and I launched our business after many years working in recruitment and the health and care sector. We started our business in response to a growing demand from care firms to employ permanent staff rather than filling positions using agency workers.

“As time went on clients began requesting more information about the care sector itself and the challenges faced in attracting and retaining staff. In the last six years our team has grown in numbers and in experience so we can now offer more than a list of potential employee names, but market the clients’ brands to their potential workforce.”

Bright Selection boasts a strong, knowledgeable team that can offer clients more and maintain the company’s values to build lasting relationships with clients, work with integrity and take responsibility for its choices.

The company also made the decision to move away from large volume staff nurse level recruitment to delivering leadership appointments for clients, an area Bright Selection specialises in. Their perseverance in ensuring that the right placements are made has led to Bright Selection achieving an excellent retention rate for candidates placed, further acknowledged by 99% of clients and candidates  rating the company as good or excellent in 2016.

In addition to the office move and rebrand Bright Selection has added to its team with an experienced commercial consultant, Lisa-Maria Kirwan, to respond to the need for a diverse skill set in the health and social care sector and growing demand for business support roles.

Julie said: “As a company Bright Selection have been confident enough to ask for feedback to improve our services and this has always been a driver for us. Through requesting feedback and listening to clients and candidates, we realised our old brand and website didn’t communicate our work ethic clearly enough, and we were underselling the great work our team does. That has now all changed.”
