Former Four Seasons Regional Manager Lorraine Disley has been appointed registered manager of a New Care home scheduled to open this summer.
Lorraine will take responsibility for The Hamptons Care Centre in Lytham St Anne’s, Lancashire.
She said: “I am thrilled to have joined New Care; it is a superb company with an incredible vision to deliver only the highest standards of care, which is something I am very passionate about too. New Care’s approach to care is fresh and progressive within the industry so it is great to be part of that.
“Being involved in the build process of The Hamptons has been a new, but fantastic experience from me and I am proud I have been able to offer my advice in the development stage.
“I am very much looking forward to the next couple of months, watching the care home take shape and hand-picking my team. Once open, I want to create an individual, inviting and comfortable care facility in Lytham St Anne’s, one that is an integral part of the local community.”
In her previous role with Four Seasons, Lorraine was responsible for 17 care homes across the North West. She has more than 25 years experience in care management.
CEO at New Care, Chris McGoff, said: “Lorraine is without doubt the perfect person to manage The Hamptons. She has an incredible career history in care and fully supports our aim, which is to significantly raise the standards of care across the UK.
“The Hamptons Care Centre is coming on very nicely and Lorraine’s input has been invaluable. I’d like to welcome her to the New Care team and wish her well in her new role.”
