The National Care Group has acquired Stepping Stones Care Homes, based in Northamptonshire, as part of its ‘ambitious’ growth plans to broaden its reach across the country.
As part of the deal, the facilities include Phoenix House, Ryecroft Apartments and Primrose House in Northamptonshire and will be incorporated under National Care Group’s Wellington Support Limited operation.
All three facilities have been rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and will aim to strengthen National Care Group’s ‘regional and national presence’.
Mike Ranson, commercial director, National Care Group said: “We are continuing to rollout our ambitious growth strategy with further acquisitions as well as organic growth in the pipeline. This strong forward progression is essential to strengthen National Care Group’s regional and national presence, allowing us to provide tailored assistance and enabling those individuals we support to maximise their potential and live a full, rewarding, and happy life.”
He added: “All three facilities have been rated “Good” by the CQC and are fantastic services for individuals with complex needs to gain further independence. We’re pleased that the current service manager has joined our team to continue the brilliant care and support already being provided daily.”
