Jon Mason, Recruitment Manager at MMCG, (pictured) said: “The care industry is an incredible, diverse place to work. With so many exciting developments this year, there’s a huge range of roles available all over the country.

“These include front-line care, activities development, catering, facilities support as well as office-based and head office positions. If you are passionate about making a difference, this is definitely the time to find out more about the opportunities available to you.

“The diverse and broad nature of the care sector means there are roles for everyone of any background. For example, hospitality workers can use their natural people skills to care for residents compassionately. Whilst others, such as managers in retail and travel, can make the transition to leading a team of employees and carers with the right support, training and advice from our team at MMCG.”
