Miele appoints sales and marketing director

Domestic appliance manufacturer Miele has appointed Sam Bailey as sales and marketing director of its Professional Division.

Sam joins Miele from Dyson where he held a number of key roles overseeing European marketing and global digital operations in its Professional Division before spending time in a global senior commercial role within a high growth category.

He replaces Les Marshall who is retiring after 17 years in the role. Les was responsible for setting up Miele’s successful Professional Partnership programme, which joins together a network of approved partners from around the country with Miele, to provide first class sales and service support to commercial customers.
