Malvern care home appoints new home manager

Anamaria Driment will now work closely with the wider leadership team to strengthen the delivery of the home’s specialised care services for older members of the community

Court House care home in Malvern has announced the appointment of Anamaria Driment as its registered home manager.

Her promotion follows more than three years of active service at the home where she began as clinical lead and was then promoted to deputy manager – a position she has held for more than a year.

Driment brings to the role a nursing diploma as well as extensive hands on experience with residents and staff.

“I am honoured to become manager of Court House Care Home,” Driment comments. “I have always aspired to be in a senior management position and to make a real difference to the happiness and wellbeing of both our residents and valued staff members.

“As a home that is small enough to care yet big enough to innovate, I can’t wait to make a significant difference to our operations, particularly as we slowly transition from our existing premises to a brand new facility next year.”

Court House Care Home say her ‘commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and community-driven environment’ aligns with its values of ‘personalised care to every individual it serves to ensure their wellbeing and dignity is upheld to the highest of standards.’

“I look forward to building on the home’s already strong reputation and working closely with staff, residents, and families to continue to deliver outstanding care and support,” Driment adds.

Driment will now work closely with the wider leadership team to strengthen the delivery of the home’s specialised care services for older members of the community as well as its dedicated Young Physically Disabled (YPD) unit—the only facility of its kind in Malvern.
