Luxury retirement specialist Aura Care Living has opened a care home and retirement village in Stratton, Cirencester in the Cotswolds.

The project, which has been completed by sister company Aura Care Construct, includes 31 one, two and two plus bedroom apartments, a 61-bed nursing home and 12 ‘close couples’ care suites.

“Stratton Court will cater for individuals and couples who desire the very best quality in interiors, facilities, and support services with the choice of independent living, to assisted living, to full time care if and when it’s required,” said sales director Peter Lloyd.

“A big thank you goes to Aura Care Construct for all of their hard work; it really is an impressive build and delivered in time.

“Buying a retirement property may be the perfect option if you want a brand-new home and one where you’ll be in a community of similarly-aged people, perhaps with added extras, it could be a worthwhile choice,” he added.

The retirement village has a cinema, its own hair salon as well as a restaurant and bar, known as The Kensington, that is also open to the public.
