Lovell Later Living appoints new Customer Experience Director

Teresa Snaith has been appointed Customer Experience Director at supported living homes provider, Lovell Later Living (LLL).

Formerly Head of Development at Home Group, Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the specialist housing industry and is a well renowned and recognised figure.

Her appointment at LLL will see her lend her expertise in leading the development and delivery of innovative independent living solutions to drive the achievement of LLL’s strategic ambition: improving and accelerating the choice and sustainability of appropriate care ready housing across the UK.

As Customer Experience Director, Teresa will oversee sales, design, quality control and customer relations, shaping the creation of new and existing Later Living developments, through engaging with customer’s to meet expectation and aspirations in later life.

Teresa said: “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of Customer Experience Director at Later Living.  This is a really exciting time for the business and its vision for the design and development of suitable housing for people to live and age well within homes and communities, suited to their needs and ready for whatever the future holds, brings a truly aspirational feel to the Later Living offer.
