Leading dementia care specialist Loveday & Co has won The Leadership and Management Award (Small Business) Award in The Investors in People 2020 Awards.
The award celebrates the very best leadership and management for small businesses of up to 249 employees, acknowledging organisations that invest in their leaders at every level.

We value our staff and go to every length to ensure they receive the very best training and mentoring and are supported to progress in their careers. We believe that a happy staff contributes enormously to a happy workplace, which has a huge impact on the happiness, health and wellbeing of our valued members.
“Loveday & Co are so proud to be Investors in People accredited and highly value the staff, many of whom have been with the company since the beginning, delivering continuity of care.
