Leading retirement village operator LifeCare Residences has made a number of key appointments to strengthen its UK management team.
Aaron Whitelock (pictured) takes on the role of Operations Director, while Daniel Perfect is appointed Development Director and Paul Harries joins as Non-Executive Director.

Aaron, who has worked in the hospitality sector for over 25 years, is responsible for the overall performance of LifeCare’s retirement villages and a will play an active role in the delivery of new schemes with a focus on London.
Daniel, who worked previously for McCarthy & Stone, the UK’s largest provider of retirement housing, will oversee the acquisition of new sites and their development.
Paul has spent the last 16 years with the business working to realise the value of real estate assets. He also has extensive experience working as a corporate adviser and banker.
