Knights Care snaps up Lincolnshire home for £1.5m asking price


Purpose-built Lincolnshire care home Randolph House has been sold for its £1.5m asking price to Knights Care.

Scunthorpe’s Randolph House is registered with the CQC to provide dementia and residential care as well as day care, respite, and long-term placements for up to 70 residents.

The business sits in a good-quality detached two-storey property with 67 bedrooms, eight of which have en suite facilities.

The business was previously managed by Burlington Care on behalf of an investment fund.

The home has been purchased by Knights Care, a Chesterfield-based operator.
