Ideal Carehomes’ care home to create 50 jobs for local people

Ideal Carehomes’ Launton Grange care home in Bicester, Oxfordshire is recruiting for up to 50 roles ahead of its launch later this year.

Positions for the £10m, 66-bed care home include management, front of house representatives, care assistants and kitchen and domestic staff.

Ideal Carehomes recently launched its Ideal Academy to offer a genuine career ladder to employers. Staff are also supported with a wide range of training opportunities and benefits as well as being provided access to innovative care technology.
