North-west care provider has collaborated with Bear Robotics and introduced a robot staff member to its new home in Harrogate.
The robot technology helps support residents with maintaining independence.
Alfred, as named by the home, weaves through the home’s communal areas, allowing residents and team members to return cups and plates back to another part of the home or even send a cup of tea to a bedroom.
