Hallmark Care Homes welcomed 220 care home professionals from eight different operators to its most recent Empowerment Day for the care sector.
The aim of the gatherings is to share ideas on how to deliver outstanding care for residents.
Professionals from all disciplines of the care industry attend the sessions, ranging from general managers to care assistants, laundry assistants and receptionists.
Related industry experts banking, recruitment and employment agencies also took part.
Hallmark Care Homes managing director and chair of Care England, Avnish Goyal, led discussions with a presentation about his experience as a leader of a complex care home group.
He introduced transformation specialist Jermaine Harris, who told delegates how to take control of career. Jo Davison added a presentation about the Blue Cow concept and the importance of being positive in the workplace.
Managing directors and team members from Majesticare, Precious Homes, Evolve Care Group, Athena Care Homes, Oomph!, SweetTree, Silvercrest and Westgate Healthcare were among the guests.
