Hallmark Care Homes appoints group lifestyle manager

Debbie Sharples-Kirkbride has been appointed group lifestyle manager at Hallmark Care Homes.

Debbie brings over 10 years healthcare experience working for Anchor, where she was awarded an MBE for her services to older people.

She said: “I am delighted to be working at Hallmark Care Homes and I am looking forward to supporting the lifestyle teams and using my experience to enhance the quality of life for our residents.”

Terry Tucker, people and performance director at Hallmark Care Homes, said: “We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Debbie as group lifestyle manager.

“At Hallmark Care Homes, we are dedicated to delivering excellent standards of care to our residents and this very much encompasses providing meaningful activities which stimulate the mind, body and soul.

“We wish her all the best for the future in her new role.”

Debbie plans to improve activities at Hallmark through supporting the group’s 15 lifestyle leaders and their activity planners to create events and develop partnerships with local and national organisations.

Hallmark Care Homes is the award-winning care provider established in 1997 with 15 care homes across England and Wales.
