Leading care provider, Hallmark Care Homes has appointed Sarah-Jayne Croft as Head of Training and Development.
Sarah-Jayne, who has 29 years’ experience in the education and training industry, will support Hallmark’s care staff at its 16 homes with their personnel development goals.
She plans to do so by ensuring that every new team member has a new and detailed induction process, which would allow them to feel empowered from the very beginning of their role.
She hopes that combining this new induction process with Hallmark’s reputation for team training and development, will help the group reach its goal of achieving Outstanding throughout its homes.
Sarah-Jayne brings with her experience of working with the National Health Service and Hampshire County Council.
She said: “I am so happy with my role at Hallmark Care Homes. I have already been so impressed with the homes, the team and their management.
“The willingness of teams to embrace my ideas and future changes has been truly inspirational and I am excited to be able to grow with the company and work together to create new ways of developing our current and new team members.”
