Gracewell Healthcare has celebrated the rebranding of another care home from its portfolio of 15 sites with Parker Meadows in Fareham renamed as Gracewell of Fareham.
The company announced last year that each of its homes across the South of England would carry the Gracewell name as part of a root and branch revamp of the business.
The group also plans to open an additional six homes in the coming year, taking the total to 21 by the end of 2016.
“This is an exciting new chapter for Gracewell Healthcare, uniting residents and staff up and down the country, bringing them even closer to the communities they serve. Anyone who has visited a Gracewell Healthcare home knows what makes them stand out is the high quality of care provided in a health-focused, luxurious setting,” said Gracewell’s managing director Amanda Scott as the new strategy was unveiled last year.
The aim of the renaming is to highlight the Gracewell name, and also link it to the local community of each home.
For example, Highclere House in Weymouth has become Gracewell of Weymouth; Oakwood House in Edgbaston is now Gracewell of Edgbaston.
The refresh also included a new logo and a brand website.
