Fulcrum Care has appointed a new managing director, Becky Garnett-Buchma, and a new commercial director, Kelly Brosnan.
With their experience in frontline care and banking respectively, and proven track records of success, Garnett-Buchma and Brosnan are expected to play integral roles in driving growth and business development.
Garnett-Buchma brings over two decades of leadership experience to the company, having delivered significant revenue and profit growth in her previous roles.
With a unique talent for creating a positive high-performance culture, her experience lies in implementing growth strategies through both organic growth and acquisition.
As MD, Garnett-Buchma will leverage her extensive experience to lead Fulcrum Care’s strategic initiatives and drive the company towards new heights of success.

Kelly Brosnan joins as Fulcrum’s new commercial director, bringing over 16 years of experience in commercial and retail banking to the role.
With her extensive network and significant market knowledge, she is passionate about meeting and helping customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
Her skillset includes business development, strategy, commercial knowledge, and risk management.
