everyLIFE Technologies, creator of care management software solution PASSsystem, is looking to hire 22 new staff at its Fanham headquarters.
The recruitment drive will more than double the workforce and position the company for a year of exceptional growth as it targets the UK care home sector.
PASSsystem is designed to help manage home care or care home workers in a way that reduces operational risk and improves care and care reporting.
everyLIFE Technologies has secured financial backing to the tune of several million pounds, which it will invest in increasing its team to around 40.
The company is hosting a Recruitment Open Evening at Farnham Maltings on December the 7th, 5.30-9.00pm.
The company has also employed less conventional recruitment schemes, as its COO Richard Lee explains. “When we first started we recruited from chats on the touchline with mums and dads while we watched our kids play football locally. There are an amazing number of highly qualified, highly skilled professionals and a lot of eager youngsters too in the Farnham area and we are keen for more of them to join us, which is why we’ve been hitting the commuter trains into London, standing up and explaining to people who we are and what we need. Of course we’ve had a few odd looks, but overwhelmingly the response has been very positive and we’ve already started interviewing for some positions.”
Paul Barry, CEO for everyLIFE continues: “The success of everyLIFE is built on the people who work here and the forward-thinking customers we have who can see how the care industry is transforming.”
“We started the business in November 2014 and completed testing of The PASSsystem in February 2015. While we knew the product was what the market needed, we were surprised by the pace of take up. In just a few months, we are now working with over 180 customers across the UK and Ireland – and we have significant overseas interest too.”
everyLIFE customers include Farnham homecare providers Melody Care. The company’s owner Simon Carter, says: “Melody Care were one of the first independent care companies to adopt The PASSsystem. We’ve already seen marked improvements in care delivery and efficiency in our business.
“By listening carefully to the care industry, everyLIFE have developed a solution that greatly helps join up the provision of customer-centred care. They are on a mission to bring the much needed technical answers to the business challenges we are all facing.”
Paul Barry says the company has now extended the functionality of everyLIFE. “Our software helps care services make sure that the care you expect is the care you get. And if it isn’t, then people can find out why. Which is why we’re now launching familyPASS which, for the first time, connects the family of a loved one with the care plan that they are paying for, all viewed whenever you want through a mobile app on your phone or tablet.”
