CXO Selection, the executive search division of Bright Selection, is working on a retained and exclusive assignment with a not for profit elderly care provider.
Our client is an exceptional group driven by quality and providing the best possible life outcomes for residents. They are a group that have built their success and reputation over the last two decades on shared values for both residents and staff, with impressive results.
This is a really exciting time to join the group that has now achieved a ‘good’ CQC rating across 95% of its homes, with some ‘outstanding’ elements. The group has continued plans for development and diversification of care provision to further expand its offering to the market.
In this role you will form part of an established and experienced SMT reporting to the CEO and board of trustees, with full operational responsibility for the group, including management of a regional management and support team.
You will be strategic, experienced in developing and introducing new models of care, with a clear vision and passion for providing truly person-centred care.
The group is commercially strong, benefiting from strong leadership by a respected and knowledgeable CEO, and as a result has a clear strategy in place to achieve its business targets.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this role with experienced operations directors with a proven track record in elderly care. This role offers the chance to join a group that is genuinely committed to achieving the very best care for its residents and offers both a supportive team and a real opportunity to make high level decisions that make a difference.
