CQC rates 51 out of 90 services in the North as Good


The CQC has published reports on 90 care home and domiciliary care operators in the North of England, with 51 rated Good.

Once again, there were no care home services rated as Outstanding, although one domiciliary care provider, Middleton Care Limited in County Durham, was given the top rating.

Overall, among the 90 inspections, one service has been rated Outstanding, 51 have been rated as Good, 31 have been rated Requires Improvement and seven have been rated Inadequate.
