Luxury care home provider Country Court Care has launched its latest development in Birmingham.
Heartlands Care Home in Yardley is the last of five, 66-bed homes to be built with LNT Construction as part of a £40m scheme funded by Cheyne Capital (see Country Court Care secures game changing £40m credit line to finance expansion).
The partnership with LNT has also included the opening of new homes in Huntingdon, Northwich, Milton Keynes & Welwyn Garden City.
The Right Worshipful, The Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Anne Underwood, along with Alykhan Kachra, Managing Director of Country Court Care, cut the ribbon to formally open the home.
Situated on Broadstone Road in Yardley, Heartlands is spread over three floors and boasts 66 en-suite bedrooms, a hair & nail salon, a tea room, a relaxation spa, a pub, an indoor village square & shop, cinema room, family room and numerous lounges/communal areas.
The opening follows an extensive 18-month new build programme.
The formal launch was followed by a Public Open Day on Sunday 18th of March 2018, which saw over 200 local people come in and see the home.
