Country Court Care has acquired three care homes in Lincolnshire housing association Lace Housing.

The three homes add 134 beds to the Country Court Care portfolio and keep it on track to meet its ambition to grow its estate to 1500 beds within the next few years.

The 1500 bed target was disclosed exclusively to Care Home Professional last month in an interview with the company’s CEO Alikhan Kachra. (pictured above).

“We have a number of acquisitions that are at the legal stage at the moment. I can’t give you much detail, but I can tell you that by the end of the year we will have acquired a further nine homes. It is all planned for November completions,” he revealed.

The company also plans to develop an additional four new-build properties next year, Mr Kachra told Care Home Professional.
