Colten Care is holding recruitment days ahead of the opening of its 19th home in the South of England.
Wellington Grange in the cathedral town of Chichester (pictured above) is on track to welcome its first residents in April, but will accelerate its staff hiring with open days on January 30 and February 2.
The operator is advertising for permanent and flexible workers including kitchen staff, a hairdresser, healthcare assistants, waitresses and registered nurses.
A total of 120 people will work at the home when it is fully operational, the company says.
Wellington Grange is located on the site of the former Roussilon Barracks in Chichester.
It will offer nursing care for up to 72 residents when fully occupied. They are promised beautiful, creative interior spaces, imaginatively landscaped gardens, delicious homemade food and state-of-the-art facilities, all underpinned by exceptional care standards, according to the home’s manager Clare Gibson.
