Christie & Co sells Bath care home

Oriel Lodge

Specialist property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of Oriel Lodge residential care home in Bath.

The 20-bed home has been on sold behalf of Grove Care Limited to Oriel Lodge Limited, part of the Huskards Care Group, which operates care homes in the West Midlands and Berkshire.

Christopher Taylor, a Director of Grove Care, commented: “We are delighted with the sale and we are sure that the management of Oriel Lodge Limited, under the leadership of Bilal Raja, will continue to provide the very best care for the residents of Oriel Lodge.”

Royds Withy King Solicitors acted for Grove Care while Oriel Lodge Limited was advised by Gisby Harrison.
