“Demand for care home places only looks to increase in the coming years. Developments like this cater for the requirement for good quality care in a contemporary and high quality environment.”

Currently under construction, the project is due for completion in October 2017.

Gabriel Martinez from Woodlands and Hill Brow told Care Home Professional: “We are really excited at Woodlands and Hill Brow to be opening a brand new beautiful nursing home in Farnham for 2017. Our aim is to offer the highest level of care for our residents in a state of the art but comfortable home. I am very much looking forward to seeing our residents enjoying the care, facilities and comfort of the new home.”

The project is being designed by award winning architects Re-Format LLP who will seek to restore a neglected waterway and ecology as part of the build.

Woodland Hillbrow’s  Woodland care home in Fleet was recently rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC (see EXCLUSIVE: Hampshire care home is ‘outstanding’).
