CASPA publishes eLearning whitepaper to support care providers

A new whitepaper has been published to support providers in the process of adopting eLearning and Learning Management Systems.

The document, which has been released by the Care Software Providers Association (CASPA), is designed to help providers understand what to look for in eLearning and Learning Management Systems, as well as provide guidance on the process of implementation and adoption in order to maximise the direct impact on staff engagement, long term staff retention and ultimately the quality of support provided.

The whitepaper provides guidelines derived from best practice compiled by suppliers of over 2,500 registered services, including what works best, what risks to consider and how to avoid them, as well as what to look for in a supplier so that you get the product and service that is best for you and your care teams.
