Caring Homes Group has been shortlisted in three categories of the Organisational Cultural (OC) Excellence Awards.
The leading care home group is among the finalists in the Champion, Diversity & Inclusion, and Technology categories of the awards, which recognise learning and development excellence.
Liz Willis, head of learning and development, said: “We are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for these three categories alongside other well known, high profile organisations. To be recognised as excelling in our work developing and building upon our culture is extremely important to us and confirmation that we are on track to ensure a strong sustainable organisation built upon a firm structure, values and culture.”
Health Education England, Virgin Media, PepsiCo, Amnesty International and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children are among the other shortlisted businesses.
The winners will be announced 16 November at the Tower Bridge Hotel in London.
Caring Homes Group was established in 1994 by registered nurse Helena Jeffery (pictured) and her son Paul. Since then the company has grown to become one of the most highly respected independent care and support providers in the UK.
