HIT Training, the parent company of Connect2Care, the leading provider of training and apprenticeships in the adult care and early years’ sectors, has been named in the Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For.

At 74th position, among 798 participating companies, HIT Training has risen from 88th in 2015 and 92nd in 2014.

The Top 100 is ranked on the basis of employee views, covering the key indicators of staff engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Nine in 10 of HIT and Connect2Care employees participated in the survey, way above average participation rates of two in three.

Nine in 10 of employees said that they were proud to work at HIT and Connecet2Care with more than 90% saying they believed they made a valuable contribution to the company.
