Heather Joy

Heather Joy has been appointed regional director at Hull-based Hica Group.

The registered nurse has over 20 years’ experience, including critical and emergency care in private, acute hospital and community settings.

Heather said: “I am really excited to join the Hica Group in my new role. The organisation shares my passion for providing high quality care and really value their staff and service users.

“My new role will be challenging, but I have a genuine passion and enthusiasm towards making a difference. I am looking forward to developing the care service we provide, to ensure that the Hica Group’s service users receive the highest standard of care.”

The newly appointed regional director from Hull has also worked as a healthcare consultant and in addition to her wealth of healthcare experience, she also has a vast level of knowledge in service development, contracting, governance and service turnaround.

In her new role, she will be based in the Hica Group’s regional office at The Hollies and will provide support to registered managers.
