Care England provides mergers and acquisitions guidance

Professor Martin Green

Care England has teamed up with law firm Hewitsons to offer mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advice.

The move comes amidst growing M&A activity due to rising demand and the fact that many providers cannot continue to run at current scale, with 80% of operators running single home businesses.

Professor Martin Green OBE, Chief Executive of Care England, said: “These template documents provide the first vital step for members to formulate a discussion and familiarise themselves with mergers and acquisitions. They complement professional advice and help members to plan for the future.”

Our highly respected corporate solicitors, working in conjunction with Hewitsons’ many other specialist teams, are perfectly placed to advise on these matters.”
