brighterkind has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award, an accolade that recognises businesses for delivering “exceptional experiences” consistently over three years, as rated by customers.

The award honours brighterkind’s “outstanding care and support” for residents and their families during the early transition period into a care home.

Having won a Gold Trusted Service award over the last three consecutive years, brighterkind, which is part of the Four Seasons Health Care Group and runs over 20 care homes across the UK, has now been acknowledged with the Platinum award.

Family members were asked to provide feedback to Feefo after they had made an enquiry about a brighterkind home, and the business was awarded based on the number of reviews and their average rating.
