BREAKING: Leading Women in Care Awards shortlist announced

The shortlists will now go to the expert judging panel, with the winners being announced at a ceremony on International Women’s Day

The shortlists for the Leading Women in Care (LWIC) Awards are now live.

Judges Karolina Gerlich, of The Care Workers Charity, and Tricia Pereira, Skills for Care, along with Care Home Professional‘s Sam Lewis and Home Care Insight‘s Gemma Lloyd, will now look closely at the nominations for each shortlisted individual before coming to a decision as to the winner of each category.

The Leading Women in Care Awards is supported by headline sponsor Autumna, and will take place at The Dilly in Central London between 10am-1pm on Friday, 8 March (International Women’s Day).

It will celebrate the efforts and achievements of women in the social care sector. Guests will be treated to brunch, a star-studded guest panel and a keynote speech from Anita Goyal. Nadra Ahmed, meanwhile, will host the event.
