The Standex Care Digital Care Management system has been a great benefit to our team and service. The system is comprehensive and is able to be truly personalised to each of our individual service users which is very important to us and inspectorates.
I have all my reports and audits in one easy to find place and I can see how the care is progressing in real time across the service. My staff are able to record care in real time using the digital devices. The care app is easy to navigate and also works seamlessly offline with the Standex devices which gives me piece of mind that care can be recorded if there is no Internet access.
The Standex Care Support team are always on hand for support and are friendly, knowledgeable and pro-active. They are always adding new features to the system and updating aspects of the product, but this is always done in a sensible way and doesn’t cause any issues, and the updates are always useful and well thought out.
The system has very useful functions on top of the care plan side of things, family portal and incident and accident recording. The third-party access has been of great benefit during the COVID pandemic enabling reviews to proceed even when the home is not accessible for visitors. All of these add up to make the system a very useful tool to help me to manage my service properly. I can’t recommend the Standex Care Digital Care Management System enough.
