Care village Belong Warrington has appointed Carol Norman, 40, its new experience coordinator, taking responsibility for all of the village’s experience days.
The village’s experience days include the provision of arts and crafts, exercise sessions, poetry readings and more.
Norman will be responsible for all such events, activities and entertainment for village customers at Belong Warrington.
She boasts nearly 25 years’ experience in dementia and end-of-life care, and has worked with Belong for more than five years already.
Norman is also working on achieving her NVQ level 5. She commented: “I’m excited at the prospect of taking up the role of experience coordinator.
“I like to make a difference to people’s lives and I’m really looking forward to bringing fun, lively activities that get the whole village and our local community involved.”
